Justin Melendez is a distinguished active duty military professional with 14 years of dedicated service, where he has honed his expertise as a special operations communicator and cyber specialist. Parallel to his commendable military career, Justin has showcased his entrepreneurial acumen by building a million-dollar real estate empire, leveraging his profound knowledge in sales and marketing within one of the most fiercely competitive markets in the United States. Driven by a passion for technology and automation, he is deeply committed to empowering small businesses with the tools and strategies to compete and succeed on a grand scale. Justin embodies the spirit of innovation and the relentless pursuit of excellence, both in service to his country and in the entrepreneurial realm.

Co-Founder
Chris' artistic journey began in his youth, exploring drawing, sculpting, and painting before discovering a passion for tattoos at 17, leading to his first apprenticeship. He subsequently entered into Naval service which spanned 22 years with deployments in submarines and special operations, all the while building a desire to one day tattoo full time. In his free time he built custom tattoo machines and continuously worked on flash sheets. He completed another formal apprenticeship in 2010, later joining Golden Rule Tattoo, then operating a private studio for elite military clients. Now retired and Co-owner of Dapper Dog Tattoo in Annapolis, MD, Chris's global travels to over 40 countries have enriched his tattooing style, specializing in complex, color realism, and abstract designs.
